Application Documents Required to Process Your Loan Request

- This is Non-Refundable and goes towards the home and ONLY refundable if you are denied

- Photo Identification
- Everyone whose name will be on the loan needs to provide a photo ID
- Income Verification
- From everyone whose name will be on the loan
- Two most recent pay stubs from your employer
- If you are a contractor or receive 1099’s you will need to provide Full Tax returns from the last two years
- Financial or Bank Statements
- These need to go back the last 60 days and can be received from your bank or printed yourself if you have access to online banking
- Written Verification of your position and salary
- If you are transferring companies or have only been on your job 60 days please provide this written verification and make sure this is dated and written on company letterhead.
After you are approved:
- Proof of homeowners insurance
- Down Payment
